Aurélie Veirman

Aurélie Veirman graduated from Ghent University. After her law studies, she obtained a Master's after Master's in notary law. Following an internship in the legal field, she took a detour to an international consulting firm where she broadened her legal knowledge with management skills.

As a lawyer, she has in-depth technical knowledge and relevant experience in the areas of asset and inheritance planning, family law, matrimonial property law, gifts and donations, inheritance and succession law, and favorable tax regimes for family businesses. She handles inquiries from both Belgian and foreign individuals and their companies. Additionally, she conducts proceedings in the context of family disputes.

She translates the personal concerns of individuals and families into technically strong, civilly supported advising or proceedings, and also prepares the necessary documents, including donations, bank gifts, wills, powers of attorney for care, inheritance agreements, etc.

Within the Pelgrims-Goudenhooft firm, she works closely with her colleagues in various branches of the law to ensure result-oriented guidance for families and their businesses.
